About Sarah’s Doggy Field Hire
Sarahs Doggy Field Hire has been made available for you and your dogs enjoyment to be hired on an individual basis. It is ideal for reactive dogs, puppies, dogs in training, rescue dogs, nervous owners and any other dog that just wants the freedom to run around off lead and have some fun with their owner.
The field has been fenced off using high tensile, 6ft high dog fence with small 7.5cm holes between vertical lines, and has a foot of rabbit fencing at the base to avoid digging out. This makes the field a perfect choice for owners wanting to allow their dogs some off lead fun, without the worry of chasing livestock, poor recall and bumping into unfamiliar dogs or people!
There is a pond in the field for your dogs to swim to help with their strength and confidence in water, you can use some of the natural equipment to help sharpen up your dogs concentration, co ordination and balance. And plenty of off lead exercise for their health and well being.

After the initial online registration and Induction in person, you will be able to book the field whenever suits you by phone or email.
No entry to field for 10 days after KC Vaccinations, or if your dog/s have displayed any symptoms of Kennel Cough in the last 10 days.
No entry to field if Spot on Flea treatments are being used (including frontline or any fipronil products), as it leeches from dogs skin and coat it poses a risk to pond life and to dogs drinking from it. Thank you for your understanding, but it is for the safety of all dogs using the field.

All new dogs using the field must be registered using form below before entry.
Each booking slot is for 55 minutes only, you must have exited the field within this time so it is vacant for the next person’s booking – which is on the hour. Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot and may have future bookings cancelled with no refund.
CCTV is in operation.
The field is a stricty NO SMOKING area, anyone breaking this agreement will not be allowed to use the field for any future bookings.
Any owners who cannot get their dogs back at the end of their session must notify Sarah 07817 911 762 and leave a voice message or text. Please text Sarah or leave a message on 07817 911 762 for all enquiries and bookings. Any additional sessions due to overrunning the time slot, must be paid for.
If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended, unless there is an open slot directly after your booked time which you will need to book and pay for.
It is your responsibility to clean up after you dog. Please place poo bags in the bin provided. If you do see dog mess in the field please pick it up, as someone may pick up your missed dog poop one day.
Each £5 booking is for up to maximum 5 dogs for 55 minutes. Please contact Sarah directly for prices on bringing more than 5 dogs. The hirer is fully responsible for bringing any friends or family.
There is a maximum of two cars per booking and maximum of 5 persons, unless you have made other agreements with myself prior to booking.
It is the users responsibility to ensure the gate is locked from the inside whilst in the field.
Bolt the gate shut when in the field and when you leave.
No litter is to be left in the field as this presents a risk to users and their dogs, please take all rubbish home with you, DO NOT put it in the dog poo bin.
Payment, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Payment for field hire is made at the time of booking.
Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of session unfortunately cannot be refunded.
The Field
This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the client / hirer accepts that the Registered landowner / Sarah Nicholls/Sarahs Doggy Hire field maintains control and possession of the field at all times.
8am to 7pm (please phone for out of hour bookings). Open 7 days a week.
We inspect the field and fencing daily to maintain security but please notify Sarah if you have any concerns.
On arrival you MUST wait in your car until it is your time to approach the gate. Wait to the left of the road away from the gate if you arrive early (as there could be a nervous dog using the field) . Please allow the previous user to open the gate and vacate in their vehicle before you enter safely, parking on the gravel and bolting the gate behind you securely before allowing your dog out of the car.
Please be respectul and polite to all other users, this field is to be enjoyed. Any issues (late departures or emergencies) please let us know and we will deal with it. Sarah-07817 911 762.
There is currently no drinking water on the field (yet) Please bring fresh bottled water with you and a towel for the pond dippers and a bowl as neccessary, there is a pond but clean drinking water is advisable in warmer months.
Bring a torch for the darker months!
You Must leave the field in enough time so that you are out of the field and gate closed 5 minutes BEFORE the hour is up (You have 55 minutes use of the field including the loading of your dog into the vehicle and departure NOT 1 hour). This allows the smooth running for everyones use throughout the day :).
Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), fence height, fence lines etc.
Please be respectful when using the field, as there are neighbours close by.
Please DO NOT throw sticks for your dog as it is dangerous for them, dogs can impale themselves and is a choking and splinter hazard, both in and out of the water, please bring a suitable toy with you if you wish to throw something for your dog.
Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times, as there is a pond in the field.
If for any reason the field has to close due to weather or technical reasons we will notify you ASAP, and arrange rebooking of any booked slots if required.
Natural Agility Obstacles
Please note dogs use the natural obstacles at their and their handles own risk.
The pond is deep and is used at owners own risk.
Please do not allow children to climb any gates or the fence, any damages must be paid for by the user. Any equipment is intended for the dogs use only.
If a user has over run their alotted time please call Sarah 07817 911762 and the matter will be sorted. Please do not enter the field or open the gate to approach them or their dog/s.
Data
We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not shared to any other parties.
General
We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against The registered Land owner/Sarah Nicholls, Sarah’s Doggy Day care or Sarahs Doggy Field Hire.
Terms and conditions
The Registered land owner, Sarah Nicholls, Sarah’s Doggy Day care, Sarah’s Doggy Hire field (We) will not be held responsible for any client, persons or pet during the hire of our field. Use of the Field shall be entirely at the user / hirer’s own risk.
We will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
I (the owner) will cancel any bookings if my dog/s or any dogs living within the same environment falls ill with any sickness, diarrhoea, contagious disease or condition or are generally larthargic or becomes unwell.
I agree that I will keep up to date with all necessary vaccinations, and receive regular and effective parasitic control treatments. Any puppies must have had their second vaccination before use of the field.
I understand that Sarah’s Doggy Field Hire is a private hire field and before use I must pay a fee at the time of booking.
I agree that I will be using this field at my own risk- I assume all risks to myself, others under my care/ property (including vehicles) and my dog/s and by using this field under no circumstances will not hold the registered land owner, Sarah Nicholls, Sarah’s Doggy Day Care or Sarah’s Doggy Field Hire responsible for any consequential theft, accidents, injury, death or damage sustained to personal property, individuals or animals while using the field or on the property.
The Land owner, Sarah Nicholls, Sarah’s Doggy Day Care, Sarah’s Doggy Hire field will not be held responsible or liable including any expenses if your dog escapes, is stolen/lost, causes injury to themselves/ livestock or humans or results in death to themselves/ livestock and or humans.
You as the client using the field are to be responsible for your dog/s at all times.
I agree to inform Sarah, and to make sure she acknowledges any change of contact information, car registration or home address when actively using the field.
Sarah also agrees to inform users of any changes in the conditions above.
